Reservation and Cancellation
- Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the full booking amount.
Guest Conduct
- Noise Levels: Please respect the comfort of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the pods and common areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Safety and Security
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Please secure your valuables and do not leave them unattended.
- Fire Safety: For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and fire safety procedures upon arrival.
Liability
BLR Pods is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. By staying with us, guests agree to indemnify and hold BLR Pods harmless from any claims arising from their stay.
