All BLR Pods bookings are final and non-refundable. Please review before confirming.

At BLR Pods, we strive to offer flexible booking options to accommodate our guests' needs. However, due to the nature of our pricing and availability, we have established a strict cancellation policy as outlined below:

General Policy

No Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is final and non-refundable.

Modifications

Modifications to the booking such as date changes or duration adjustments are not allowed. Each booking is considered final once payment is processed.

Force Majeure

BLR Pods will not be liable for refunds or compensations in case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Booking & Payment

Full payment required at time of booking.
Processed securely via Razorpay PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
By completing booking, guests agree to all terms and conditions.
