General Policy

1. No Refunds:

All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. This includes but is not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is final and non-refundable.

2. Modifications:

Modifications to the booking such as date changes or duration adjustments are not allowed. Each booking is considered final once payment is processed.

3. Force Majeure:

BLR Pods will not be liable for any refunds or compensations in case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or other events beyond our control that prevent guests from honoring their bookings.

Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
